Yes I know, I can imagine a nurse calling that out with trepidation at the Polyclinic. So why don’t I get a nice, pretty Christian name to go with my nice, pretty personality huh? That’s because I’m too picky to stick to one name and the one name that I like, happens to be a place in Sarawak; Also for the fact that I’m so used to people calling me Sin (as in Cardinal, 7 Deadly, Original, etc).

I’m a newbie on Symphony 92.4FM but not a newbie to broadcasting. Remember Passion 99.5FM? It became defunct, so I took a 2-year sabbatical to become a nurse. (Yes, I’m a registered nurse and I know CPR!). But the chance to get back into broadcasting was too good a thing to miss. So I’m back, and loving it!

I’m a simple girl who likes simple things. No fancy restaurants – just a nice plate of hawker centre Char Kway Teow with a lot of ‘see-hum’ will do. No need for swanky hotels too. I can find haven in a pleasant backpacker’s hostel where everybody knows everybody. I like traveling to off-beaten tracks and sometimes do silly things like eating sheep’s eyeball.

I adore my friends and family. I won’t hesitate to try out some martial arts moves on anyone who tries to hurt them. Hiyak!

When I have time to laze about at home, I watch Japanese anime, listen to music of all sorts, and occasionally, take on a new character in the World of Warcraft. You can call me a cybergeek, but Sin will do just fine.
